Placentia means “pleasant place” in Latin, which it certainly was for oranges in the 1900’s.  What’s kind of cool about orange crate packing in that era is that it was barely mechanized, and in one early image you see a bunch of dudes in a small warehouse full of wooden orange crates that are about to be shipped, and beside that image there is a notation that the power for that warehouse was supplied by a, unseen man furiously peddling a bicycle to operate the belt needed for packing.  Here where I live in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania you see men on these handmade stationary bikes where they have converted the front end into a massive sharpening stone.  Then they peddle and the stone spins and you get the sharpest knives ever – for next to nothing – less than .50  US cents.

The image you see is exactly what we use to produce your bespoke sticker. All stickers are custom made. (We include 1 free GypsyFaith sticker per order.)

All GypsyFaith die-cut vinyl stickers are printed on glossy, premium, extra thick vinyl. We then seal the image in clear laminate so that it will be particularly resistant to fading or tearing. We will only sell the absolute top end of any particular product on our site. Our intention, as we developed this product, was to make it as durable and valuable as our magnet products.

Images used to make our stickers are scanned at 9600dpi resolution, reduced to 960dpi for production.

It ships in a photo-type mailer to prevent bending.
