There are 4 pages of mini vintage North American travel postcards from the 1920’s-1950’s and 3 reverse pages of vintage handwriting to use as the back side for your postcards.  You’ll see the size in the precut photos that have a ruler in them, but each little card is about the length of my thumb; I put 18 little cards on each 8.5 x 11 inch paper, so that helps you to visualize them too.  Each card has special handwriting, postmarks, stamps.  They are so sweet and are DARLING when you print them out!!  You could use them as tags, or embellishments, or just ephemera.  I collected them over a long time period after I was inspired finding my grandmother in law’s love letters to her husband in the 1920’s in our attic.  They’d be really, really cool as a massive collage, too.

There are also a set of general directions included, but, the main thing to remember is to ink the edges of these cards after cutting them out. The photos of the precut pages show you before inking.  The photos with the cut-out postcards are when I have inked the edges.  It’s very inexpensive to get a little black ink pad and then you smudge the edges with black ink using a make-up sponge.  Ink pads last for a long time if you decide to use one on this project.  A slightly different effect can be had if you run a black magic marker along the edge of your cutout pieces to give them a shabby-chic, grungy, vintage look.
